The Krupp-Steyr Waffenträger was a planned concept mobile anti tank gun platform of WW2.
First Step: Building
For this project I decided that the Waffenträger should tow a Flak 38 for self defence against enemy planes.
First step of the painting progress is priming. I prefer acrylic based black primer.
Before I paint the tank from the outside, I have to paint it from the inside before the gun is glued into place.
Here you can see the Oxid-Rot base coat.
After finishing the final camouflage sceme I tried a new technique I learned. I used oil colors to finish up the colours
of the camo, it helps letting the colours look like if they were faded slightly. Next step is to apply decals and spray the
whole model with glossy varnish.

Here you can see how the end result wil look like. The Waffenträger is towing a Flak 38. I imagined this span standing infront a factory whilest beeing resupplied.
